Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not happy, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return. Email us at hello@joyfullymine.com with your order number. The brand that shipped your item will email you a return label with instructions.

Condition. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Personalized or custom items, gift cards and opened candles or fragrance can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds. Once the brand receives and approves your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Different brands, different packages. If your order has items from more than one brand, each may be returned separately.
