Shipping Policy

Where we ship. Joyfully Mine currently ships within the United States only.

How your order ships. Our products are hand-picked from independent brands, and each brand ships its items directly to you. If your order includes items from more than one brand, they may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping costs. Each brand sets its own shipping rate. Some items ship free, while others have a flat or weight-based rate. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Processing and delivery times. Processing and delivery times vary by brand and by your location. You'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout, and we'll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please email us at hello@joyfullymine.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
